Familiar

I just put Gracie to bed for the night and just before I did I chaught a glimpse of somthing I have seen before. Do any of you recall when little Adora used to insert those two fingers in her mouth, her eyes would flutter back into her head for just a moment. It always made me think of someone on drugs. Anyway, I handed Grace her blue bunny (her bedtime companion) and she grabbed it's ear and shoved it in her mouth, and there went the eyes. Oh the euphoria.

Finally!

She has decided it would be a good idea to try talking. We're full swing into 'mama' and 'whassat?' and 'mm hmm'(nodding) and 'hi, hi, hi'. She tries out other words all day long as well. There is no one word that she consistently uses, but she'll imitate anything once. Some words we've heard recently: bunny, cup, juice, eyes, baby. Funny, now that I'm sitting here finally able to record some of these new words, they escape my brain. Oh well, such is the fate of the record of the events of the life of the second child.

Cuteness Primo

Update

Grace is feeling much better. She even had a good day at daycare today, even though it was the longest yet.

Here are the latest pics for all the people who come for the cute.

Sickie

Poor Little Thing. I just hope it doesn't hurt. Long story short, I think Grace has Hand-Foot-Mouth disease. Wait! - It's not as bad as it sounds. It is usually gone in a week and you pretty much just treat the symptoms. She has little sores on her tongue and a loss of appetite. How did you get this, poor child? you ask. By not keeping you hands off your 'parts' when your mommy is changing your dirty bum and then sticking your fingers in your mouth before she can wash them, that's how.

Gracie Pacey Puddin and Pie

I've been wanting to post more pictures of the girls because I know that is why you are all really visiting my blog. The problem is that now that Grace is walking everytime I try to take a picture all you see is a streak! If I do get one, she has a funny look on her face. I can not seem to capture her true cuteness. But, I have to post somthing, so here are a bunch of the little rugrat.
